GoTo Joins the Tekion Automotive Partner Cloud Program to Provide Seamless Communications for Automotive Retailers

Pleasanton, CA, December 13, 2024 -  Tekion, innovator of the first cloud-native platform serving the entire automotive retail ecosystem, today announced that GoTo, the company making business communications and IT easy, is now a strategic partner of Tekion’s Automotive Partner Cloud (APC). The partnership enables customers to utilize GoTo Connect for faster, easier, and centralized business communication features natively integrated into Tekion’s Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) platform.

Through this partnership, mutual Dealer Partners can now access GoTo Connect’s unified communications capabilities within ARC’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform, enabling them to capture more leads, track missed calls, and view detailed reports and metrics instantly. The integration further enables teams to improve customer communication across their sales and marketing teams by utilizing features including click-to-call, SMS and MMS messaging, dynamic routing of inbound calls, custom phone numbers for tracking sales campaigns, and the ability to gather customer data from both desktop and mobile devices.
