We've been busy rolling out updates to help our dealers move faster, connect easier, and work smarter. From mobile trade appraisals to upgraded parts tracking and more, these new features are designed to simplify daily operations and deliver an enhanced user experience.
This update enables dealers to send trade-in vehicle details to vAuto and receive full appraisal details back, all within Tekion's Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) CRM mobile app—making the appraisal process faster and more efficient, no matter where you are.
Service teams can now chat with customers directly from the mobile app—no extra setup needed. Respond to questions, send updates, and keep conversations moving even when you’re away from your desk.
This update makes it easier for dealership IT admins to manage key security settings like passwords, MFA, IP restrictions, timeouts, and access controls, all through a single, simplified interface—strengthening security across your dealership without needing any new setup.
Prepaid parts from customer SOR tracking just got easier—now, when customers prepay for a part, those parts are automatically tracked and included in work-in-progress reports. If part numbers change, substitute parts are handled seamlessly, keeping inventory records up-to-date. Plus, service teams get notified when those appointments convert to repair orders, ensuring prepaid parts are ready when the customer arrives.
With the enhanced version of ARC CRM, this update makes it’s easier than ever to edit your active campaigns with defined exit criteria for targeted customers. From sending lease expiration notifications and new model launch info to oil change reminders for customers, you can now edit the email and text templates in your campaigns—even after they’ve launched.
