We've been busy rolling out updates to help our dealers move faster, connect easier, and work smarter—from new task and lead assignment options to upgraded service visibility and more. Check out the latest features designed to simplify dealerships' day-to-day operations and deliver superior experiences.
Tasks can now be assigned to position roles rather than specific users, automatically updating assignees when lead positions are filled. This ensures tasks remain with the right staff regardless of personnel changes or when leads are initially unassigned.

The new lead management updates introduce multi-level reassignment and escalation workflows. Dealerships can now reassign untouched leads up to five times with associated tasks automatically following, while escalations operate independently to ensure proper notification at each level.

New thumbnail customization options make inspection videos more engaging and customizable when shared with customers. Dealerships can now select from multiple thumbnail options or upload their own custom images, increasing customer video engagement rates.
The service management interface now features improved functionality including expandable service history for multiple dealerships, configurable tabs, and enhanced data accessibility. These improvements streamline service advisors' workflow by providing comprehensive vehicle information in a centralized, intuitive interface.

Service history now includes a PDF icon next to RO numbers that instantly opens the associated customer invoice PDF in a new tab. This streamlines access to important documentation without requiring users to navigate into individual repair orders.
