We're looking for a Senior TA Operations Partner to scale our recruiting processes through detailed analysis of our processes and fine-tuning of our existing tools. Your role keeps things running smoothly by handling job postings, maintaining accurate data, and continuously seeking ways to refine our approach. You'll work closely with an actively engaged team of recruiters, vendors, and business leaders, shaping the future of our recruiting operations in an environment where we move at “tachyon speed.” 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing stellar user experience and looks for opportunities to scale and improve our data quality throughout the recruiting lifecycle.  

 This position reports into our Sr. Manager, People Operations with a dotted line into our Director, People Systems. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

Operations

    • Manage requisition approval process, job postings, and offer letter delivery 
    • Ensure global data integrity in TA systems through regular audits 
    • Train the recruiting teams and hiring managers on TA tools and processes 
    • Proactively review processes to identify areas for improvement and coordinate with global team members to ensure processes are followed. 
  • System Administration 
    • Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders concerning tool functionalities and problems. 
    • Develop deep knowledge of the ATS downstream/upstream systems; advise on best practices for optimizing the use of these systems to increase the collection of accurate data points 
    • Monitor system performance, and advocate for upgrades or enhancements. 
    • Ensure adherence to data protection regulations within TA systems. 
  • Data Analytics 
    • Build and maintain key reports, dashboards, and other stakeholder-facing information portals and resources 
    • Provide recruiters and executives with regular reports and dashboards on hiring metrics and collaborate to identify additional data needs. 
  • Other 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for US employment branding initiatives with our external branding partner 
    • Assist with various TA & People Operations Teams Projects, Analysis and tasks as needed 

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

 

  • 6-8 years of People Team & Talent Acquisition Experience  
  • 5+ years experience/expert as a Greenhouse ATS system admin, including dashboard and report creation 
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiter administration 
  • Experience designing, analyzing, and presenting data, including dashboard development and capacity planning for a Talent Acquisition team  
  • Working knowledge of gathering business requirements and demonstrating a problem-solving approach when working on inquiries  
  • Ability to develop robust ad-hoc reports that are easy to understand  
  • Ability to perform complex functions in Excel (critical) 
  • Interest in recruiting analytics and reporting 
  • Excellent with communicating clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses that a range of audiences can understand  
  • A passion for applying technology and data in creative and novel ways  
  • Experience with extracting data from applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (HireEZ, LinkedIn, etc.)  
  • Bachelor’s Degree  

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Administration/Reporting Tools  
  • Experience with ChartHop 
  • Proficiency in leading data analytics tools like Tableau and PowerBI, enabling robust data analysis capabilities.

The salary range for this position is $$105,400 - $178,300. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.  In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
