Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable solutions for complex business workflows.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned components and subsystems—including design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and enhancements.
- Develop and review high-quality, maintainable code while taking complete ownership of deliverables.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing system efficiency.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers across the team.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, UI/UX, and Management teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
- Proven experience in building and scaling microservices-based architectures.
- Solid understanding of at least one NoSQL database.
- Strong problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Ability to serve as a technical role model, emphasizing code quality and best practices.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
