Do you want to shape the future of automotive dealership technology? Join us as a Lead Emerging Product Enablement professional, where you’ll have a direct, strategic impact on our emerging product portfolio—including Fixed Ops, Accounting/Payroll, and CRM/Retail—and play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

In this hands-on, highly visible role, you will act as a bridge between our products and the marketplace, ensuring new releases not only achieve product-market fit but also deliver exceptional customer experiences. As we rapidly evolve our product roadmap, including several greenfield solutions, you will champion value selling, cultivate authentic customer testimonials, and be a key voice in the commercial maturity of our offerings. Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the initial stages of implementation of emerging products across beta dealerships working closely with Product Management teams to prepare the products for go-to-market readiness.  Engage with customers to talk about the product value, implement the solution, and collect feedback to bring back to Product teams. Responsible for managing the overall Go-To-Market preparation balancing hands-on execution with high-level oversight. Proactively identify and resolve obstacles to adoption, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to evolving business objectives.
  • Manage the creation of Go-To-Market material from Sales Enablement, Product value, Learning, and in-application product training content creation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to mature and commercialize new product releases, accelerating time to value across multiple automotive verticals. Ensure each product delivers on its promise through thorough market evaluation and refined go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver product demos for customers. Prepare for demos by evaluating product readiness in demo environment, identify blocking bugs and issues, and setting up the product based on setup requirements.
  • Deliver training and self-enablement training content for emerging product rollouts for sales, implementation, and support that prepare internal teams, partners, and customers for successful adoption.
  • Measure Product success metrics during the beta roll-out phase and provide transparent, executive-level reporting on progress, challenges and ROI for product adoption and implementation. Run internal product reporting or request product analytics to be created to understand product usage, adoption, and ultimately ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive strategic, consultative selling of emerging products. Equip teams with tailored demos, competitive positioning, and value articulation tools.
  • Partner with Product training and Instructional Design teams to build onboarding, engagement, and retention learning products that deliver measurable business outcomes and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Analyze market and competitor movement and formulate strategies that ensure our products are differentiated and future-facing. Leverage this market analysis to help position our product with Sales
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, and messaging, championing a shared vision of product excellence across the business.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks in product development, implementation, and customer readiness. Deliver solutions and frameworks that scale with growth, while ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
  • Work collaboratively with our Product and Engineering teams (based in India) to get updates on planned enhancements, blocking bugs/issues, and timelines that are impact Go-To-Market readiness.
  • Travel requirements approximately 25% (by air or car)

Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in product implementation, enablement or customer success in the automotive ship industry or automotive technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of dealership operations, including departmental KPIs, P&L drivers, technology workflows, and operational pain points
  • Proven experience leading projects in automotive software or technology implementation roles (Accounting, Payroll, IT, Fixed Ops, CRM/Retail highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated fluency with technology stacks including presentation creation tools (PowerPoint), ticketing solutions (Jira), Digital Showroom tools (Trumpet) and a track record of leveraging advanced AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation to create content and Go-To-Market material
  • Demonstrated success driving product adoption, value realization, and customer advocacy with enterprise clients. Work closely with leadership teams at customer organizations to align on value to further drive product adoption and feedback
  • Strong technical, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities; able to translate analytics into business outcomes by running queries to and validating insights to deliver actionable business intelligence
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to influence C-level clients and internal teams alike
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enablement programs that scale
  • Experience incorporating client feedback into maturing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
  • Track record of building cross-functional consensus to deliver commercial success for emerging products
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range
$80,000$133,200 USD
