We're seeking a Product Designer II who can independently drive design solutions for product features. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to deliver user-centered designs that balance user needs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design process for assigned features and projects
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle
• Contribute to and help maintain our design system
• Analyse metrics and user feedback to iterate on designs

Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of product design experience
• Proven experience of shipping successful products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into designs
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of technical constraints and implementation considerations
