We’re honored to be named to Fast Company’s 2025 Best Workplaces for Innovators list.   • AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions give employees the chance to engage with leaders, explore departmental goals, address challenges, and learn how innovation drives Tekion forward.

Work-Life Culture 

Through our annual Tek-Amplify survey, we gather employee feedback and turn insights into action plans—helping us continuously improve the employee experience and strengthen our culture. 

We also promote flexibility and balance: 

  • Generous time-off policies encourage employees to unplug and recharge, with a minimum of three weeks off annually across the company. 

  • Team-building off-sites allow teams to collaborate face-to-face and strengthen relationships through strategy sessions, workshops, and fun activities.
