Do I need automotive industry experience to work at Tekion?

Certain roles require previous automotive experience, but there are plenty that do not. Job descriptions listed will designate special requirements.

What can I expect during the interview process?

Timelines will vary depending on the role and number of applicants, but you can expect several rounds of interviews in most cases.

Will I have a main point of contact if I have questions during the process?

Yes. Your point of contact on the Talent Team will be appointed to you based on the role you’re being considered for.

What can I expect during the onboarding phase after I’m hired?

This varies per role and will be communicated upon hiring, but we are committed to setting our new team members up for success.

Can I apply for more than one job at a time?

We recommend candidates only apply for one role at a time. If you apply for multiple roles, our Talent Team will move your application to the best role they see fit after your first phone interview.

What should I wear to my interview?

Come as you are! Whatever you feel most comfortable in and feels appropriate for the role you’re interviewing for.

I have applied/interviewed in the past and wasn’t selected. Can I apply again?

Absolutely! We typically ask that you wait 12 months after interviewing to apply again.
