Refer an eligible dealer to Tekion’s Dealer Management System and get $5k if they go live with 5 or fewer rooftops, or $10k for more. Plus, your referral will get the same reward amount as you as a discount on their contract!

Refer a dealer or group by sharing their details through the form provided. Include a personalized message explaining why they should explore Tekion.
STEP 2
We’ll reach out
We’ll contact your referral to introduce them to Automotive Retail Cloud(ARC) and the benefits of one seamless platform for their business.
STEP 3
Get rewarded!
Once your referral’s operation is live on ARC for 90 days and they pay their first invoice, your business will receive your $5,000 or $10,000 reward!
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you define an eligible rooftop?
An eligible rooftop is defined as any automotive franchise dealership located in the United States or Canada that is not a previous or current customer of Tekion or in an active sales conversation. A dealership belonging to a Dealer Group that is already sold or in an active Tekion opportunity is also ineligible.
What do you consider a rooftop?
Tekion defines a rooftop as a single franchise dealership with a unique physical location address.
If my referral is a multi-rooftop dealer group, do I get a reward for every rooftop that signs up from the group?
You will get rewarded based on the number of rooftops signed in the first contract, irrespective of which others sign up in following contracts.
How long until I see the reward credited in my invoices?
You will see your reward the month after your referred dealership has been live for 90 days and has cleared their first subscription invoice. You will be notified of the incoming credit via email!
What if I have a friend that I already introduced to Tekion? Am I still eligible for the reward?
While we deeply appreciate every instance of our Dealer Partners helping spread the word about Tekion, rewards are only issued for referrals initiated by submitting through the formal process outlined here .
How do I keep track of which of my referrals have converted?
You will receive updates via email as your friend progresses through the sales process with Tekion.
How do I know if the dealer I want to refer is eligible?
We will notify you if your referral is ineligible, either during form submission or qualification stage.
What if my friend purchases another product from Tekion that is not Automotive Retail Cloud DMS?
Currently, the referral incentive is only valid for conversions to our Dealer Management System. No reward will be issued for purchases of other Tekion products.
