Job Description

The role is comprised of account management duties surrounding physical and cloud technology at current dealer partners. This requires an in-depth understanding of both on-premise hardware and cloud technologies to ensure end-to-end functionality and reliability, both internally and externally. This role works closely with our partner success and account management teams to ensure that dealer partners have consistent, functioning, and reliable technology to support all daily dealership operations. We’re looking for talented professionals who love challenges, push boundaries and are passionate about successfully implementing a transformational product.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high - touch technology account management across the dealer partner network
  • Simultaneously manage technology operations at 40 - 50 operating dealer partners
  • Act as an escalation point for our application and hardware support team
  • Manage multiple external vendors and stakeholders at one time and as needed
  • Facilitate key stakeholders to successfully support the Tekion technology platform
  • Proactively identify functional technology risks and mitigate them effectively and efficiently
  • Actively participate in upselling dealership clients on new cutting - edge solutions and transformational products

Qualifications

  • 2 + years of DMS technology experience or field systems experience in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of hybrid - cloud technologies and architectures
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services(AWS), Microsoft Azure, and / or Google Cloud Platform(GCP)
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki and other cloud - managed network architectures
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and / or other server architectures
  • Experience with IoT devices, digital display technologies, network infrastructure, print and scan management technologies and solutions, and mobile device management
  • Proven experience implementing technology in distributed, remote locations
  • Experience working in an early - stage startup environment is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interacting with all levels of stakeholders
  • Established ability to articulate technical jargon into consumable levels of understanding for adult learners
  • Proven ability to take customer suggestions or insights and translate them into technical deliverables
  • 2 + years in Project Management or Project Lead role is preferred

 About the Job

We empower our product teams to solve hard problems – customer problems and business problems – in ways that our customers love. As a Sr. Product Analyst, your key responsibilities would be -

  • Deeply understand and embody the voice of the customer - Be in front of the users, do qualitative research and define and track quantitative product metrics. You will then be communicating to the team a deep understanding of our users, their underlying pain points, the data about how they go about doing their day to day job, and later on how do they engage with our products.
  • Drive new customer discovery – Interact with new customers to develop an understanding of their business to evaluate the product fit and work with the Product and Engineering team to close out the gaps to ensure a smooth product rollout.
  • Help launch new products – Work closely with our “early-adopters” customers to help launch new products and spend time with them to gather early feedback from them to help drive product improvements before making it generally available.
  • Champion the domain - Track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to your product and help define the product improvement strategy to constantly stay ahead of the curve.

Please note that this position will involve up to 60-70% travel to meet with customers and partners.

 Qualifications

  • Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support
  • Be an Interface with Stockholder sand architects to create technology specifications from business requirements for one or more modules within the project
  • Responsible to prepare the technical design of the components within the module (one or more of client/web presentation tier, server tier, data access and data model, integration component, package function customization)
  • Proficient in articulating the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another to the clients and project team and drives selection of technologies, designs to come up with the optimal architecture
  • Drives the performance tuning, re-design and re-factoring for a module
  • Contributes to designing and implementing the build, release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application
  • Implements (hands-on) the module components based on prevailing Framework and Open-source standards & its best practices.
  • Mentors the team (people working on the module and other project team members) on technology concepts and best practices for design, implementation and other processes

 

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or relevant fields
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Attitude for getting things done
  • Understanding of basic Rest Principles
  • Familiar with project management tools like JIRA etc.
  • Will be involved in developing any enterprise systems like eCommerce, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.,
  • Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques
  • Experience of working with Git

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage all content creation, revision and curation for digital and print including website, press releases, marketing campaigns, social media, sales enablement and more
  • Ideate, outline and edit articles, decks, sales and marketing collateral, white papers, video scripts and other various deliverables
  • Brainstorm with key stakeholders to identify content gaps and formulate content roadmap/calendar
  • Support Product and Design teams to create unique and engaging user experiences
  • Collaborate with all Marketing team members to craft effective messaging, programs and collateral
  • Occasionally ghostwrite articles for executives and other company leaders
  • Identify and manage external marketing opportunities with partners
  • Study and understand market landscape to advise on trending topics and industry news
  • Define and evolve brand voice

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a B2B content marketing environment with the ability to show a portfolio of written content
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable copywriting experience

  • Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
  • Adept at SEO best practices and keyword selection
