These Tekion Forms Store Terms (the "Forms Store Terms"), together with the terms set forth in the Master Subscription Agreement and the Tekion® Forms Product Terms (collectively, "Terms"), apply to Your use of the Tekion Forms Store. By selecting forms through the Forms Store, You agree to these Terms.

In case of any conflict among the Agreement, the Tekion® Forms Product Terms, and these Forms Store Terms, the order of precedence shall be: (1) Agreement, (2) Tekion® Forms Product Terms, (3) these Forms Store Terms.

1. Definitions. Any capitalized terms not specifically defined here have the same meaning as in the Master Subscription Agreement between You and Us (the "Agreement").
   
   1. "Tekion Forms" means forms created by Tekion and made available through the Forms Store, which are governed by the Tekion® Forms Product Terms.
   2. "Third Party Forms" means forms developed or licensed by a third party and made available through the Forms Store.
2. Order Forms. Selecting a form through the Forms Store constitutes an Order Form for purposes of the Agreement and the applicable Product Terms.
3. Third Party Forms. Third Party Forms are "Content" as defined in the Agreement and are subject to Section 4.3 of the Agreement. Third Party Forms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind. Tekion is not responsible for, and has no obligation to control, monitor, or correct, Third-Party Forms. Tekion disclaims all liabilities arising from or related to Third Party Forms, including their accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency. Your use of Third-Party Forms may be subject to additional license terms, restrictions, or conditions imposed by the applicable third-party provider. Tekion grants no license to Third Party Forms beyond the right to access and use them through the Tekion platform for Your own business purposes, subject to the Agreement. You are responsible for complying with any third-party terms applicable to such forms. Third Party Forms remain the property of their respective owners. You shall not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices that appear on any Third-Party Form.
4. Your Compliance Responsibility. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying that any form selected through the Forms Store, whether a Tekion Form or a Third-Party Form, is accurate, complete, and compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements in Your jurisdiction prior to use. We do not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice through the Forms Store.
5. Fees. There is no fee to add selected forms through the Forms Store. Fees may apply to the use of certain forms in accordance with the applicable form provider’s terms.
6. Modifications. We may update these Forms Store Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted at tekion.com/legal/product-terms/tekion-forms-store. Your continued use of the Forms Store after any such update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
